In Iceland, I noticed some cultural differences that I found to be unique. The majority of Icelanders are able to trace their ancestry to Viking settlers. I met this guy in Iceland who was dressed up as a Viking, smithing souvenir coins for tourists. Luckily for me he allowed me to photograph him. I can tell this man was very passionate about his Viking ancestors. He wore a navy blue tux with black pants. He wore a helmet that looked like it belonged to a viking and wore these arm braces. Finally his haircut also gave me a viking vibe with his whole attire. He was one of the friendliest person I've met on that trip. On the trip I got to try some Icelandic traditional dishes, one of them being lamb. The lamb was delicious with the herb gravy on the dish surrounded by mushrooms. When eating the lamb for the first time, it tasted like nothing I've ever eaten before. One thing I noticed in Iceland is how friendly everyone is. They usually help tourist out if needed. In Iceland I had a lot of help and people who worked at areas asked me if I needed help with anything. They were genuine and kind. I also noticed they have a unique naming system there for example our tour guides name was Agust which sounds almost like August.  Agust was an incredible tour guide who knew almost everything about Iceland and each area that we visited showing his dedication about Iceland's history. A popular souvenir in Iceland is their wool sweaters made from the lambs. I thought that the cultural differences in Iceland were really fascinating.
